US Sailing’s “The Beat” – Episode 7: CRAB

Portsmouth, R.I. (August 31, 2015) – In this week’s episode of “The Beat”, Katy Nastro takes us to Annapolis, Maryland as we highlight Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB). CRAB’s mission is to make the therapeutic benefits of sailing and the freedom it provides a reality for physically and/or developmentally-challenged individuals and their families regardless of their financial circumstances. We will also check-out the Boatyard Bar & Grill Regatta fundraiser, hosted by the Eastport Yacht Club.

“The Beat” presented by US Sailing is on tour this summer with one goal: to capture the essence of the sailing – one of the most thrilling sports and activities on the planet. “The Beat” promises to channel the inner sailor in everyone.
